About Me

My name is Steve Szubert. I can usually be found in my "office": the beaches and coastal paths of the beautiful county of Devon, in the south-west of England.

My past? Well, I have lived in many different places and worked many different jobs, including travel agent, engineer, reflexologist, advocacy, and computer software development. All that I did, I did it well, but found little in the way of true satisfaction.

So I left all that behind in 2005, and took up permanent residence in The Biggest Room In The World. I started this blog in 2010.

These days, at any one time I pursue my passions through numerous different projects ... writings, translations, films, music, teaching, internet "things" ... all centred around exploring The Biggest Room In The World. I enjoy doing what I love for the best part of all day, every day.

The best way to get to know me is to read this blog. I also welcome questions and feedback. My email address is at the top right corner of this page.

Enjoy!

All my life, I've never been able
to keep that curl from falling over my forehead :)
